and suzanneanderson posted this (and i've read this book, it's very good):

Subject: Devil in Dover: An Insider's Story of Dogma vs. Darwin in Small-town America

My good friend, Lauri Lebo, wrote this book about her experiences as a
reporter in Central PA covering the evolution trial in Dover, PA. She
used the framework of her relationship with her Fundmantalist Christian
Dad as the conceit to hang the story on. While I thought the whole book
to be well written and engaging, I particularly liked the parts where she
wrote about her conversations with her dad about morality, truth, and the
trial.

I've heard nothing but good about this book, and it's on my to-be-bought list.
