No doubt echoing the sentiments of many, trillian_stars is in Wyoming this week where someone said to her "there's not enough Roswell on the blog" -- so here she is. Helping me to try and make vegan deviled eggs.

The experiment was pretty successful -- we tried two different things, both were good in their own ways, and we came up with some ideas for doing both of them better next time. So this one will very likely end up in Cooking With Roswell.

I think Roswell, carnivore, is eyeing the vegan deviled eggs with good-natured suspicion. :p
Have you had her weighed lately. she's looking a bit portly in that photo. With her health issues, that could become a problem.
Yes, I was thinking this. I love Roswell and would hate to see the extra weight putting strain on her heart.
I speak from experience as our cats were packing a few extra pound, and the chunkier one started to get heart murmours and kidney issues. It is tough getting weight off a cat but it IS doable.

Now, with Roswell for added value!
"Vegan?" she says dispiritedly. "What's the point of that?"
Roswell: "Boss, how did you make eggs with corners?"
(And that looks, as usual, nummy.)
Roswell looks less than impressed.
Yeah! All hail Roswell the mighty!
I'm a bit scared to ask, but what's in the "yolk" part?
