why you guys rock

A few days ago I posted about Nelson, the City Kitties cat who needed money to have an operation to remove a cancerous front leg.

Anway, you people out there on this FL, you people helped to raise $1800 that not only paid for Nelson's operation but also allowed City Kitties to pay for a blood transfusion for another cat whose owner couldn't afford it -- saving her life that very night. This is Shorti -- from city kitties -- they said that when she got to the vet's office, she was unable even to lift her head.

You people, really, give me faith in humanity. Pat yourselves on the back or shed a tear of joy or scritch your kitty in celebration.
