When arkham4269 was packing up to come home from Afghanistan, he posted one of the most moving photos I've seen of the war -- for me in it's utter simplicity and honesty it captured and demonstrated (as much as it possibly can to someone who wasn't there) some of the quiet but terrible mental suffering being borne by our soldiers, marines, sailors, guards and airmen every day. it was good to meet him, home safe and sound.

and the rest of you, come home safe too.
