One of the lovely things about Trillian is that our David Bowie collections have little overlap. Most of mine are from the 70's and 80's and most of hers are from the 90's (where it seems like David has been listening to an awful lot of CURVE (which is not a bad thing by any means)).
So Trillian put on DAVID BOWIE and I LOOKED at the books I'd bought in the dozen hours I'd been awake today and I'm freaking HORRIFIED at this rate, not only will I fill up all the "new" book shelf space that we got when we installed the floor-to-ceilings in a matter of weeks, but the house will likely SINK INTO THE EARTH during the night some time soon.
And this doesn't include the biography of Beerbohm Tree that Trill bought.
I have a problem. I'm a bibliophile. That's not my problem. My problem is that we need more floor-to-ceiling bookshelves.
I think now we may retire and read Flashman. There sure are a lot of huge empty walls in the bedroom....
