City Kitties Fire Cat Update

A month after the fire, another one of the missing Windermere apartment cats turned up alive! This means that five, possibly four, are still missing and possibly in the building.

Also, City Kitties has heard from the Pennsylvania SPCA that they are at this very moment working with the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management and Department of Licenses and Inspections to gain entry to the property and rescue any remaining animals.
