Okay, I feel weird being the first voter. . . I'll actually be in the area between Christmas and New Years. I plan to be at Dorian's Parlor. Visiting family/friends in the New York/Long Beach area. Trying to figure out timing and such. Love Diehard and haven't seen a movie marathon of it in ages.
That's not weird, it's the potential first snowflake of an AVALANCHE!
Can I vote for an imaginary live streaming option? Is a live streamed movie marathon weird? Does it violate that big FBI warning at the beginning of every movie?
Live streaming would violate SOPA, which is going to be administered retroactively. :-)
I decided once that Die Hard films are like pizza and sex: even when they're bad, they're good. I hope I can keep saying that.
Aaaarrgh, if I lived closer, I'd be all over this, but I don't want to vote "No" in fear that it'd be presumed I wouldn't join that wonderful marathon because it's an awful idea, since it isn't.
Voted, will let y'all guess as to which :)
i would totally be there.. assuming i can.
i hate to say this but given my usual brain cell issues (lacking) DO feel free to message me on FB or post on my wall or what not when you get time/date settled, because i totally will forget to check
Gil here (not sure if you know my handle or not). Next couple weeks are crazy, but I'd love to!
Scott and I are crazy crazy busy for the next two weeks, otherwise that sounds like a blast. So...can we send Roswell a present? ;)
I would go if I didn't live far away and was poor. I've been wanting to meet you and Trillian in person for a long time, but I never get the chance. :(
Sounds like a total blast, though.
depends. i am swamped, BUT. i have a christmas lull, a couple days on each side, and i think it would be a lark.
Unfortunately I live in New Zealand, but I just spit out mango lemonade reading your poll options. It was pretty spectacular!
Sadly I live in New Zealand. (also have no interest in Die Hard, I would only be there for the cats if I did come)
So, all four? The first is my favorite Xmas movie. You crazy kids are in Boston, yes?
i posted one to facebook and two to twitter.
I voted for pies. Sadly, I'd have to sell a lot of pies to afford a Sweden-US plane ticket...
We did that on Christmas day a couple of years ago. It was a lot of fun. We'd totally be there if we could.
Well, I'd totally come if I didn't live 3000 miles away, anyway!
